Getting Started

Start here for installation, account access, downloads, demos, and the basic PrimePress marketplace workflow.

• Create or log into your account.
• Download the product ZIP from My Account.
• Install through Plugins or Appearance depending on product type.
• Activate, configure settings, then review the live demo/docs.

Plugin Installation

Install PrimePress plugins through the WordPress plugin uploader.

• Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
• Upload the ZIP file exactly as downloaded.
• Activate the plugin.
• Check the new admin menu or shortcode page.

Theme Installation

Install PrimePress themes through Appearance → Themes.

• Go to Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload Theme.
• Upload the theme ZIP.
• Activate or preview the theme.
• Import demo content if the theme provides it.

License Activation

Premium products should eventually support license keys, renewals, and account-linked downloads.

• Open the product settings screen.
• Paste your license key.
• Activate for the current domain.
• Keep your subscription active for updates/support.

WooCommerce Downloads

PrimePress uses WooCommerce underneath for checkout, customer accounts, and protected downloads.

• After checkout, go to My Account → Downloads.
• Download the product ZIP.
• Orders and invoices stay in My Account.
• Free products can still use WooCommerce downloads.

Product Finder

Use the Product Finder to choose the right plugin, theme, bundle, or custom PrimePress build.

• Answer the use-case questions.
• Review the recommended path.
• Open the bundle or product page.
• Request a custom build if no product fits.

Bundles

Bundles group products around buyer use cases, such as sports publishing, podcasting, memberships, and agencies.

• Pick the bundle closest to your use case.
• Review included products.
• Choose single-site, publisher, or agency license.
• Install each included product as needed.

SEO Premium

PrimePress SEO Premium is the publisher-first SEO command center.

• Set global organization/schema settings.
• Use the bulk SEO editor for metadata.
• Run the content audit dashboard.
• Check XML/news sitemaps and redirects.

Sports Blocks Pro

Build sports pages with teams, standings, schedules, matchup cards, and featured-player blocks.

• Create teams and players.
• Add schedules or standings data.
• Place blocks or shortcodes on pages.
• Preview the final sports layout.

Podcast Network Pro

Create polished multi-show podcast networks with shows, episodes, hosts, sponsors, and RSS-ready fields.

• Create shows and hosts.
• Add episodes and audio links.
• Build show pages and archive sections.
• Use sponsor fields for monetization.

Contributor Hub Pro

Manage writers, profiles, badges, editorial assignments, and front-end publishing workflows.

• Create contributor profiles.
• Assign editorial roles/badges.
• Use assignment tools.
• Connect profiles to published content.

Member Hub Premium

Create dashboards, gated areas, saved content, account tools, and community paths.

• Configure member access.
• Build dashboard sections.
• Add gated content areas.
• Connect to WooCommerce accounts when needed.

• Install the theme.
• Set your branding and menus.
• Build sports sections and article layouts.

Free Lite Plugins

Breaking News Bar Lite and Podcast Player Lite are starter products for lightweight needs.

• Install the Lite plugin.
• Use the shortcode/settings.
• Upgrade to Pro products when the site outgrows Lite.

Seller Submissions

Use Sell on PrimePress to submit future marketplace products for review.

• Submit product details and files.
• PrimePress reviews quality and fit.
• Approved products become draft listings.
• Products launch with documentation, support, and changelogs.
